What We Cover
Our warranty protects against issues related to the material quality and plating integrity:

• Warranty Period: 1 Year from the date of purchase.
• Covered Issues: Tarnishing or plating discoloration that happens under normal use.
• Compensation: We will issue 25% of the product's original invoice value as a store credit.
• Store Credit Details: The credit is valid for 120 Days, is non-refundable, and cannot be transferred.
  
  

What Is Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, wear, or alterations:

• Accidental Damage: Breakage due to drops, excessive force, or loss of stones, crystals, or parts.
• Wear and Tear: Surface scratches or routine wear and aging.
• Unauthorized Alterations: Repairs, alterations, or resizing performed by any jeweler outside of Ekava.
