All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.Payments can be made securely through Razorpay, UPI, or credit/debit cards.We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
Prices and offers are subject to change at any time without prior notice.In the event of any pricing or typographical error, Ekava reserves the right to cancel or modify an order and issue a refund if necessary.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping across India and international shipping at additional cost, as detailed in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier services, or unforeseen delays beyond our control. Once dispatched, Ekava will not be responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We accept returns and exchanges as per our Exchange and Refund Policy available on the website. Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.
We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, damaged due to negligence, or altered in any way.
Ekava reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
8. Warranty & Jewellery Care
All Ekava pieces are covered under a one-year limited warranty against tarnishing or fading under normal usage, as outlined in our Jewellery Care and Warranty Policy.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or exposure to chemicals.
- Loss of items, scratches, or color variations due to improper handling.
- Normal wear and tear over time.
For your jewellery’s longevity, please follow the care instructions provided on our website and with your purchase.
