Return & Refund Policy

At Ekava, we pour our passion into every piece, ensuring you get jewellery you'll love. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, please know we're here to assist you with a return or exchange.

An unboxing video must be shared within 24 hours of delivery for any issue to be considered. Without it, we will not be able to process your request.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility:

We're happy to process returns and exchanges, provided the following two conditions are met:

  • Condition of Item: The jewellery must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.
  • Timeframe: You must submit your return request within 7 days of your delivery date.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

Follow these simple steps to start your return:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to hello@ekava.in. Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and attach an unboxing video of the item.
  2. Wait for Confirmation: Our team will review your request and send you detailed instructions for return shipping.
  3. Receive Store Credit : Once we receive the returned item and complete our quality check, we will issue a store credit for the full value of your returned order.
  4. Damaged or Defective Item : Once the product is received, returns will be processed within 3–4 working days. if an item is damaged or defective, we will process it within 4–5 working days, and the replacement will be delivered to you within 4–5 working days.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be excluded from the credit amount.

3. Refund Policy

Please note that we do not offer cash or bank refunds for any items sold. Jewellery that has been purchased is eligible only for an exchange or a store credit, provided it adheres to all stated terms and conditions.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We strive for perfection, but if you receive a defective or incorrect piece:

You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package and provide the unboxing video as proof. We will happily arrange a free exchange or a store credit once the issue is verified.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards

6. Exchange Policy

Need a different size or perhaps another design? We're happy to offer exchanges on items that meet our eligibility requirements.

  • Size-related exchanges are only applicable on rings.
  • Exchanges are allowed only once per order.
  • A ₹150 charge will be applied for exchanges to cover shipping and handling.
  • If the exact item is unavailable, our team will assist you with the closest available variant or provide store credit.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
